So, it finds the games only when the mounted partition has the "usb1:/" partition order. If you mount both drives, then USB0 has one partition (mounted as usb1:/) and USB1 has one partition (mounted as usb2:/).

Nope, I remember that there was a compatibility list on the wiihacks forum though. Maybe that port is messed up. In the latest beta of USB Loader GX or at least for a while in the settings you can select which USB you want it to use in the Settings of the application. Try selecting the other port. I got my cios to work and what I did was load up gx usb loader and went to loader settings. Scrolled to game cios and noticed that it was (from top to bottom) load cios 58 and game cios 249. THEY DIDNT MATCH. So I changed the game cios to 251 and boom it worked finally.To use a HDD with the second port you need d2x-v10- beta53-alt. However, my cousin played Skylanders a lot and had no issues with getting it to work plugged in to the second port, so that's strange.
