For my estimates i used my own recent game, were swarm crisis had 150k fleet at crisis strength of 3x. And in my experience in older games, 1x would spawn something about 40-50k for regular fleets. But it's also possible that the Contingency instantly jumped that system and wiped them out, I don't know if the helpers scale with crisis strength.
