Posted January 2, 2015. This here is a heat shield and bayonet mount for a Winchester 1897 or Model 12 shotgun to give it a "trench gun" look. Some folks like these for Wild Bunch, because the extra weight helps keep the muzzle down. I don't care for it, so here it is! Be advised that some modification to the barrel may be needed to make it fit.
