Posted February 7, 2010. there are 3 basic principles for diognostic. spark/fue/compression. you have ther first 2 now check compression and leak down. that will tell you if the piston is too small for cylinder/need boring. or valve train has a problem. the reading can also signify timing issues.Apr 7, 2021 · #1 · Apr 7, 2021. My 2020 Honda Foreman 520 runs fine with no issues. I can run it as long as I want but once its been run hard and I shut it off then it will not START again until it cools down. It will turn over fine but will not start until cool. Then it will start again and run without issue.

Well, I'm back....daggumit. Getting ready for Snowpocalypse, I decided to move my 350d into the garage from it's covered trailer in the back. Started up only after a quick shot of starter fluid then ran well as I drove it around a little. Parked it in the garage. Then this morning...nothing. Fuel pressure is good. IACV is operating per manual specifications. Ive taken the throttle body off and turned it over and the injector is spraying what appears to be sufficient. I can spray carb cleaner/starting fluid in throttle body while cranking it and it will start and run all day long. That makes sense... the ignition systems on Recons are AC-CDI, so the primary voltage is grounded to shut the ignition off. Check the ignition switch and kill switch for proper operation per the manual in the switches section. One of those is probably at fault.
