Mar 6, 2015 · The front ac works very good, the sleeper ac blows hat air, my mechanic was gone for the day so I could not get a hold of him. One ac line was cold and the other besides it warm. Make sure your AC drain lines aren't clogged. Under the hood on the firewall look for rubber lines that don't connect to anything. They may be flattened on the end. Squeeze them and push a screwdriver up the end to clear anything out. I have a 2012 cascadia that the new ac clutch is now not working in. I had ac in the spring and had the starter changed, after that I had no ac. Got a code on dash says: samcab 033 spn522006. Fast forward to getting shop to fix it, said bad ac clutch and had it fixed so was working good except it kept freezing up.(2) At that time, the AC blower fan will barely push air out the vents. I also keep the fan speed knob on the second setting, low does not seem to push enough air even when working correctly. Whenever the system decides to start cooling again, the fan will start pushing air out the vents as if you turned the switch to a higher speed.
