After filling the magazine with 2 3/4" or 3" and even 3 1/2" when the shell release button is pressed often times the shell will not enter the chamber. It's not a cleaning problem. It's been taken apart many times. The shell release lever does not pass by the incoming shell.Behind the shell latch there is a triangler shaped spring. Cut two coils off the big end. browning a5 disassembly problems - locking block latch pin. I cannot get this pin to come out. I have it lined up with the half circle and I have the right sized punch but it will not budge. The gun is in excellant shape so i'm positive rust is not stopping it from coming out.
