I've been following this video from Carrot where it talks about the 2 most important things for an Anarchist build: The thing I don't understand is that he says having the 2 shot setup protects your god mode. Me personally, Anarchist is good but very overrated, and Muscle is not the best, but its still pretty good. Honestly, they are both kind of in the same tier of being in the upper middle tier of good and within the top ten perk decks in the game. I wouldn't consider either Muscle or Anarchist top 5 perk decks.GENERAL EQUIPMENT. PERK DECK: Anarchist. DEPLOYABLES: Doctor Bags. THROWABLE: Conclusion Grenades (You don't have to take them - take some dynamite or molotovs instead if you want to) MELEE: Electric Brass Knuckles (or Buzzer if you preffer it, but knuckles are better in my opinion) ARMOR: Lightweight Ballisitc Vest.
