Activity Modifiers (ie Surge, Overcharge) won’t stack, Armor Mods (ie Surge Mods, Weapon Channeling) won’t stack, and active buffs (ie Radiant, Weapons of Light) won’t stack. But you can stack one of each of these at a time.
