I have looked everywhere, including under the time tab in AtoZ and I cannot find my UPT balance, only my personal time balance. I have been sick since yesterday and didnt have any PTO because I just started about a month ago, so I've been sending in UPT requests for yesterday and today. Make sure you give them a good reason for you being that negative. As long as you show effort, HR will try to work with you. They'll most likely reset your UPT balance to 0. Keep in mind they will only do this for you twice in a rolling 12 month period.
