One of the most fun parts of summoners (and honestly character building in PF2e itself) is seeing how much you can do with your base three action limitation. You went in a different direction than I've gone with my summoners, and although I'm not convinced it's how I'd want to play, I understand your logic and find the build interesting.

In 2e, the summon spells are pretty balanced, especially in horde battles vs a large amount of lower level creatures.
