I had heard of the issue so I asked the rep show me how you disassemble it. He had to get a rag to get enough pressure to move the takedown lever.I’m new to this forum. I have a new p320 compact that i disassembled and reassembled incorrectly. I forgot to insert the takedown lever and am left with the fcu attached to the slide. I followed the forum instructions and blocked the return spring but when i try to insert the takedown lever the takedown safety lever is in the way.Called Sig Customer Service and here is what I was told and it works. As you rotate the lever you need to push it into the frame at the same time. Pushed really hard in both directions and it rotated.
