Damn. First thing to check is firewall and anti-virus, make sure they haven't partially blocked Siege from using internet connection. Another problem can be UPNP -protocol. THE BLUR WAS REAL!!! But I got it doneI had this problem for about a day and it annoyed me so much. To fix it you have to go to your wifi router and change one of the settings. I had to switch the UPNP off and that solved the problem instantly.
