I've recently gone through a lot of annoyance trying to set up port forwarding, and I have discovered the following things on my own, with no help from Comcast's ****ty xFi app or customer service: xFi will not let you configure port forwarding on a host outside it's DHCP range.The gateway hands out 10.0.x.x IPs, and that can't be changed. So ideally you'd put the modem in bridge mode, but it you can't, then you'd need to forward/DMZ to the router's public IP (again, should be 10.0.x.x), then port forward/DMZ again to from the router to the specific device's 192.168.x.x IP.
