I don't think it makes a lot of sense to compare one role to another (except Sen since everything > Sen) but comparing a character's roles to how effective everyone else is in that role leads me to say that the following are each character's best role: Lightning: Rav. Snow: Rav. Sazh: Syn.We live to make the impossible possible! Unless you're min/maxing it honestly doesn't matter. With that said, Fran has the worst stats and doesn't really excel at anything, so any job you give her would be better performed by another character.
