The only codes I get are the P3449 MDS 7 circuit open so apparently replacing the solenoids didn't work ...Today I fitted the swirl motor bypass resistor ( bought 3 for 27p ) and as predicted it cleared the fault code, car not now in limp mode and after a few short journeys the check engine light is now out. The work took less than 30 minutes to complete and well within the realms of non technical people.
