Sometimes I ask my brother to babysit my kids and he does it without hesitation. So whenever were busy with work or out of town, SIL used to babysit the kids. She was great with kids but the problem started around a week ago. She refused to babysit the kids at all. Whenever we ask she says no as it is the kids are uncontrollable sometimes.At the very least, you could have let your neighbour in with the baby to cool down. Because, yeah, babies and heat are not a good match. The baby could get really sick and get heat stroke, and they don't have the proper immune systems to fight it off like an adult can.
