Go to Plugins -> FFXIV Settings, check "Disable Parsing from Network Data". This is easy and results in very slightly worse parsing. Add an exception in Windows Firewall for ACT, and launch ACT as an admin whenever you run it. This is a bit of a hassle but results in very slightly better parsing. 2.ACT will ask if it will be used for Final Fantasy XIV. Select Yes to configure ACT logs for FFXIV. Click Next to move to Startup Settings, then Close to accept the default settings and finish the startup wizard. At this point FFXIV_ACT_Plugin.dll should be enabled in Plugins > Plugin Listing.
